We’ll start with Q&A: an opportunity to have all your questions on sports, fitness and movement answered.
Following which, Nicole will share some basic knowledge about effective fitness workouts before we start to move our own bodies with her 🙂
Disclaimer: this will be a very efficient workout, you will sweat a lot. You will need physical space around you, comfortable workout clothes and water next to you.
